Eligibility for Refunds
Out-of-Stock Items
- If you place an order for a product that is unexpectedly out of stock and you have already made payment, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- In this case, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price for the out-of-stock item(s).
- Refunds for out-of-stock items will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Receipt of Shipped Items
- If you do not receive an item that has been shipped within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will investigate the situation, and if we confirm that the item was not delivered, we will issue a full refund for the undelivered item(s).
Wrong Item Received
- If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the item received.
- We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund for the wrong item.
- In cases of incorrect items, we will also cover any return shipping costs.
How to Request a Refund
Out-of-Stock Products:

If you received the wrong product, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the incorrect item. Provide your order number and details, including photos, to our customer service team at info@247petstores.com or +233-538-795-015. We will process a return and refund for the wrong item.
Refund Processing
- Refunds for out-of-stock items, non-received items, and incorrect items will be processed within 1-3 business days after your refund request is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by third-party couriers or delivery issues outside of our control. In these cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
- Refunds will only be issued in the cases mentioned above (out-of-stock, non-receipt of items, or wrong items received).
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order.
